Every item is printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently, and a lot more generously.
The 7-day reprint promise
Misprinted, damaged in transit, or not what you approved? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we reprint it free or refund you in full. No forms and no courier-back required: a photo is enough.
How it works
Snap a photo
Of the item and the issue: blurry is fine, we're not picky.
Message us
WhatsApp or email with your order number. We reply within a few hours.
Reprint or refund
Your choice. Reprints jump the queue and ship within 24 hours.
The fine print
Covered: print defects, wrong item/size shipped, damage in transit, colours wildly off from the preview you approved.
Not covered: typos in text you entered (we print exactly what you approve, so check twice!), ordinary wear, or a change of heart on a custom piece. For sizing misses on blank-size items, we'll exchange, but you cover the courier.
