Osaadi prints each item only after you order it. Pick a product, add your design (upload your own artwork or create one in our Design Studio), and place the order. We print that exact item in Pakistan and dispatch it within 48 hours. Nothing is pre-made, so there are no minimums and nothing ever sells out.

What file types and resolution do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP up to 15 MB. For the sharpest print, upload artwork at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Transparent PNGs work best for apparel.

Can I design directly on the website?

Yes, the Design Studio lets you design directly on the Osaadi website. Add text, choose fonts and colours, and position your artwork on the product right in the browser, with no software needed.

How long does delivery take in Pakistan?

Delivery in Pakistan takes about 2 to 5 working days after a 48-hour print and dispatch window, depending on your city. We ship nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and more.

All orders are paid securely online at checkout using debit or credit card, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Card and wallet payments are processed through our payment gateway, AssanPay. You'll get an instant confirmation by SMS and email.

Every order gets an order number starting with OS- in your confirmation SMS and email. Enter it on the Track Order page to see a live status timeline and courier tracking number once it ships.

What printing methods do you use?

We match the method to the product: DTG (direct-to-garment) for apparel, sublimation for mugs and polyester, UV printing for phone cases, and giclée with archival pigment inks for posters and wall art. This gives durable, vivid prints that resist fading.

What is your returns policy?

Osaadi offers 7-day returns and exchanges for quality issues, printing defects or the wrong item, because every item is custom-made. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll reprint or refund.

Osaadi accepts debit and credit cards, Easypaisa, and JazzCash, all processed securely online through our payment gateway, AssanPay. We never store your card details.

Yes, approved resellers can resell Osaadi products under their own brand. They get wholesale pricing across the whole store plus white-label fulfilment, meaning your branding appears on labels and packing slips with no Osaadi marks. Apply on the Become a Reseller page; new applications are reviewed before approval.

Yes. Approved resellers can generate a Bearer API key in their dashboard and push orders, fetch wholesale pricing and check order status programmatically via the Osaadi reseller REST API.
